Health Tip of the Day
So were you amongst the ones that had a set workout plan and you were determined to achieve your fitness goals. Did you tell you yourself that you were going to obtain your goal no matter the circumstance, and that you were going to be fit by this summer ???
Unfortunately my plan failed :( sooooo......
I have once again gained the power and the dedication that I need to finally reach my goal of losing 25 pounds. So I want you guys to join in on my 90 day fitness challenge, each day there will be a fitness tip: i.e. food, workout, or just motivation to help you and me to get through this 90 day challenge. Yes summer is almost here but it is never to late to start your workout plan.
